In this workout, you’ll do a series of exercises to build up your arm strength and muscle. Each exercise is demonstrated by a certified personal trainer in order to keep you safe and help you achieve your fitness goals. You can perform these exercises at home, or when you’re sitting at your desk.

DAILY ARM WORKOUTS consists of three routines:

DAILY ARMS WORKOUT:

This routine is the main one. It’s meant to be done for 5 to 10 minutes a day. It can be performed as a stand-alone workout or as part of a bigger program. In this routine, you’ll do an assortment of movements that will help you build up your arms, chest and shoulders. The exercises in this routine are demonstrated by a certified personal trainer.

DAILY ARMS WORKOUT (PILATES):

This routine is meant to be done for 5 to 10 minutes a day. It can be performed as a standalone workout or as part of a bigger program. In this routine, you’ll do a series of movements that will help you build up your arms, chest and shoulders.

DAILY ARMS WORKOUT (FRONT ATTACK):

This routine is meant to be done for 5 to 10 minutes a day.
