8 Queens Puzzle: A Chess-based Puzzle Game

8 Queens is a chess-based puzzle game that challenges players to place eight queens on an 8 x 8 chessboard so that no two queens threaten each other. The game is a variation of the N queens problem, which involves placing N non-attacking queens on an N x N chessboard. The game has 92 distinct solutions, and if solutions that differ only by symmetry operations of the board are counted as one, the puzzle has 12 fundamental solutions.
