That is why NiceDay is focused on making it easy for people to understand what is happening to them and how to cope with it.

You can use the app to track your emotions, log your feelings, and track your movement. You will meet a NiceDay coach who will help you understand the core of your problems and get easy access to professionals that will guide you when you are in need of some extra support.
