Linear plots and simplistic puzzles mean extra play throughs and level exploration are unrewarding. Each separate version only contains around 20 minutes of playtime, making them feel like demos rather than full releases. Despite these limitations, the Bad Dream: Series of games impress thanks to their creativity and overall tone rather than gameplay. Fans of more mainstream point and click games with extended plots may be disappointed, but those who prefer art direction will enjoy the collection.
