SMART SELL – A Review

SMART SELL is a free Android app developed by Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Limited, designed to assist its advisers, agents, and employees in selling more. The app provides a range of features, including a Need Analyzer that matches customer needs with products, Product Pitch for customized presentations, and world-class marketing collateral that can be sent out with the customer’s name on it. SMART SELL also offers videos to explain and captivate customers, a new poster of the day, sales tips to handle objections and convert prospects to premiums, personalized messages to greet, appreciate, or recruit partners, direct access to KLI’s Facebook page to stay connected, relevant news to engage customers, and quick links to access other apps and resources in the KLI family.

The app is only available to authorized users, and interested parties must contact KLI’s marketing team for access. SMART SELL offers a comprehensive suite of tools to aid in the sales process, making it a valuable asset for KLI’s advisers, agents, and employees.
