If you are Windows 7 and later user, please follow the steps below after installation:

1) Point the POS 4 BUSINESS starting icon on the desktop and click with RIGHT MOUSE KEY,

2) Select the “Properties”,

3) Select the “Compatibility” TAB on the top,

4) Click the box on the “Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 2)”,

6) Press the “Apply” then OK button.
