Compass English and Telugu – A Navigation and Orientation App

Compass English and Telugu is an Android app developed by Jhoshna media, available for free download on Android 9.0. The app serves as a navigation and orientation tool and displays the directions north, south, east, and west on the compass face using a compass rose. The app also displays markings for angles in degrees in addition to the rose. The north end of the needle is marked with self-luminous materials for reading the compass at night or in poor light conditions. The app uses a magnetized needle or dial inside a capsule filled with a liquid to dampen the movement of the needle, reducing oscillation time and increasing stability. The app provides accurate readings of magnetic North azimuths or true North azimuths or bearings, which are commonly stated in this notation.
