This is the first of my cascading shadow maps. A lot of things changed from the original idea, but the most important one is the distance of the cascade shadows. Now, i can adjust this distance to get more detailed shadows. The most important change is that we can now use the same shadow maps for all types of objects. The original idea was to create four different maps, but now we can create just one map that will work for all objects. This is very useful because it will make the game more stable. We can now use this map with all types of objects, and we can get more details with the higher resolution.
What are the differences between the original idea and the current version?
The most important difference is that we can now create a map with one dimension: the distance. The original idea was to create a three-dimensional map, where we would have to calculate the position of the object and the distance from the player to the object. But now, we can just calculate the distance from the player to the object, and we don’t have to worry about the third dimension. The third dimension is now the distance from the player to the object.
