Beginner Greek – A Greek Language Learning App

Beginner Greek, developed by shotgun.experiments, is a free Android app that provides a simple and direct introduction to the Greek language for beginners and enthusiasts. The app follows the ‘a word a day’ concept and offers up to 12 words a day that users can choose from.

Once a word is learned, the app tests the user on it repeatedly on a decreasing regularity basis. If answered correctly, the app will adjust to test the user less frequently, while incorrect answers will result in more frequent testing or deactivation of the word, allowing users to learn other words in the meantime.

With almost a thousand common and popular Greek words available in the app, users can pace themselves and gain essential knowledge of the Greek vocabulary in just a matter of weeks.
