Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Positions and Techniques
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art based on wrestling. You use your body to defeat your opponent and achieve a position where you are on top of him. You use your skill and technique to make him submit, either by submission (totally) or by making him lose his balance and fall to the ground.
These techniques and positions are cataloged and organized in a way to be easily learned and used by the athlete. They are also designed to be hard to learn and hard to perform so the athlete will need a lot of practice to master them.
Each category contains several positions and techniques. The videos are organized in a way to help the user understand the techniques and positions and how to perform them. The user will be able to play the video, pause it, and see the instructions for the technique and position.
