360ed Highschool Biology is an augmented reality learning application that offers a revolutionary way of learning biology. Developed by 360ed, a team of Myanmar and international educators, tech experts, content creators, and scholars, this application aims to revamp the education reform process by leveraging advances in virtual reality and augmented reality technologies for learners in Myanmar.
The application consists of six sections, five of which can be used offline. The 3D augmented reality section allows learners to explore biology models in an innovative way. The chapters section offers summarized biology lessons in both Myanmar and English languages, complete with colorful graphic organizers, tables, pictures, and short questions for practice.
The multimedia section allows learners to visualize biology videos while listening to the explanation, narrated in Myanmar language. The test section offers three different forms of questions, including true/false, multiple-choice, blank, and mixed types, with feedback and explanations. Learners can record their progress and scores with dates. The exercise section offers different concept-oriented exercises from each chapter, allowing learners to practice until they become proficient in the concept they want to be.
