Audio recording tool for PC
AnyMP4 Audio Recorder is an audio program for PC developed by AnyMP4 Studio. It is an audio recorder that provides an easy way for users to capture sound whether it’s coming from an app on their PC or through a dedicated external mic in various file formats.
Similar to Gilisoft Audio Recorder Pro or Ashampoo Audio Recorder Free, AnyMP4 Audio Recorder is simple and intuitive to use and can draw from various sound sources. Users can avail of its free trial offers and choose from multiple license options if they want to continue using it after.
How does it work?
AnyMP4 Audio Recorder offers you two choices when it comes to sources. The first is your System Sound which can range from audio coming from a program to music coming from your media player. The second is for your Microphone that can either be built-in or an external one. Toggle the button for which one you want and click the large Rec button to start.
You will then proceed to a new window wherein you can review your recorded audio and make some edits to it, including trimming and volume adjustment options. You can save your work after or Re-Record to start over. Refer to the History tab for a list of all your recordings and access other functions like transferring, burning, converting, and enhancing them even further.
Go into AnyMP4 Audio Recorder’s settings to configure other options like setting hotkeys, audio output format and quality, and many others. There are some things that you need to be aware of before trying this tool out. The first is that the trial version limits audio recording to under 3 minutes. Also, the trimming option is only accessible with one of its paid license versions.
Fast and easy audio recording
All in all, AnyMP4 Audio Recorder is a solid option if you’re looking for a fast and simple tool to record sound from your PC or external mic. Using it is straightforward and it even comes with some extra features like conversion and enhancement options. Most of them are only available in the paid version, though, but if you don’t mind that, this is worth considering.
