Dahar – An Online Portal to Monitor Out-of-School Children
Dahar is an online portal that provides the parents with an easy way to monitor the progress of out-of-school children and support their mainstreaming in regular schools. It supports the planning of programmes for these children and makes the process more effective.
Dahar helps the parents to monitor the activities of the children, keep an eye on them, ensure that they are attending regular classes, and also gives them an opportunity to know about the children’s performance on daily tasks.
What are the Features of the application?
Dahar application supports the parents in monitoring their out-of-school children and supports them in their efforts of mainstreaming them in regular school systems. This is done by collecting the information of out-of-school children, which will be entered in the application, and the parents will be informed about the children’s performance in all aspects through various features. The application will be useful in monitoring their activities, attendance, and attendance of classes. This application will also track the progress of out-of-school children in mainstreaming them in regular schools.
It is an online portal that is supported by UNICEF India and is developed with the support of Indian Government.
