Magnifier – Magnifying Glass is a mobile app for reading small text or whatever comes to mind. 

To read things in full screen mode, you can use double tap on the screen and swipe it around. You can also zoom in/out from the viewfinder to magnify text to an even greater level.

To magnify a specific area, you can drag the viewfinder. You can also zoom in and out from the zoomed in/out area by pinching the screen.

To read a menu or serial number from the back of a device or TV, you can use the magnifying glass.
