What is NFC?

NFC is an acronym for the near field communication protocol, a new kind of wireless technology that allows a device to communicate with another device which is nearby, without the need for a physical connection.

This new kind of wireless technology was created by the companies Nokia, Samsung, and Google, and it is being adopted by many different industries, from the retail to the automotive to the health care.

The main difference between NFC and other technologies is that it works in a completely contactless way, which means that there is no need for any physical contact to transfer data between the devices.

This technology was created to solve the problem of the contactless payment card, which is one of the most important problems of the financial industry today.

The problem is that the data are transferred from the card to the terminal, which means that the cardholder has to hold his card up to the terminal, which is an extra step that can be skipped if the card is already in the terminal.

NFC was created to solve this problem. With NFC, the card data is transferred from the card to the device, which means that the cardholder doesn't have to hold his card up to the terminal.
