The Mercenary – Pack 101

The Mercenary is a unique game mod based on the video game Fallout 3. As the name suggests, it takes the player through the story of The Courier, an aging Courier mechanic, as he attempts to earn money and save the world in his time of need. The game takes you through many locations that are still there from the original game and introduces new stories revolving around some of the characters from the game. The Courier himself has received quite a few upgrades since he was last seen in the game and now possesses a lot more perks and benefits.

The Merciless is designed to be an easy to use, mission based, game mod. I’d say it’s not as hard as it first appears, and I’d attribute this to the fact that the game mod was created by L0rd0war. The basic game play is just about the same, but since I’ve been playing lately I’ve noticed that the game gets much easier. I can finish a whole session without having to reload the game, and there’s no tutorial letting me know that the game is any harder than it needs to be. The changes have been made to The Mercenary purely to allow players to level up fast, so they can avoid having to do a lot of grinding in order to level up.

If you’re looking for a good pack for your Courier, the Merciless should fit your needs perfectly. The outfit pack includes a new gunner outfit, a heavy armor and pistol outfit, a new melee weapon, and a new helmet. My favorite thing about this outfit pack is that it gives you plenty of ways to level up fast. Unlike other outfits, this one won’t force you to use up lots of energy to get through certain quests or activities, so you can spend that energy on levelling instead. My new gunner outfit really proves to be useful when going for a long distance trip, as I can keep shooting without having to worry about running out of ammo.
