Another small town within skyrim that has been completely revamped to be more like the ‘real’ cities of skyrim is Lakeview. The Lakeview Mod was created by Nimee Sadeas, a professional freelance mod maker. She created the mod because she wanted a house meant for the rich, and not just a place for her four sisters to live in. She wanted the game to be more realistic, with more houses to choose from. It is understandable that she wants to make money as well, seeing as she is the main contributor for the creation of this mod, but still, seeing as there are literally thousands of different mods out there, she has created a lot of unique content, which could not be found anywhere else.

For anyone who is looking to purchase a home in Lakeview, you will have two options: purchase a house meant for the rich, or buy one that is not in your neighborhood. There are eight main houses, which are all brand new houses, which players can purchase after they complete their first year in college. The houses are designed with the most modern of furnishing and include multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. One thing that you need to keep in mind though, is that the house meant for the rich only comes with one working fireplace, and none of the other features available. The price of these properties is two thousand and five hundred gold, or about $2k. However, players who purchase these homes will also receive a mountaintop horse, named after Nimee Sadeas.
