It serves as a tool to integrate financial institutions and appraisers, streamlining the evaluation process from requesting a report to submitting the information to financial institutions.
The Gestão de Garantias – Mobile app assists accredited appraisers of partner banks in collecting property data during inspections. It allows appraisers to directly input property information on their smartphones, eliminating the need for manual paperwork. The app offers several key features, including:
- List of pending inspections
- Detailed information about each inspection
- Partial report filling directly on the app
- Capture and upload property photos
- Check-in at the property location
- Batch or individual submission of completed inspections to the web platform
