Planning Viewer – Cork Co Co is a free Android application developed by ICT Corkcoco. This program offers access to the Cork County Council planning application database, providing up-to-date information about planning applications lodged in your area. With this app, users can access documents and drawings submitted with applications and view the planning site through Google Maps.

The app contains summary details of planning applications lodged with Cork County Council and former Town Councils, including applicant name, development description, and decision details. Users can also search the database to find applications of interest using multiple search criteria. Furthermore, the app features continuously updated details, decision details, and zoom-in on drawings. This app is an essential tool for anyone involved in submitting planning applications. However, it is not suitable for viewing larger documents like Environmental Impact Statements. For that, users are advised to use the online Planning Enquiry System or visit the Planning Office in person.
