The FordPass App is an app that connects Ford electric vehicles with your vehicle through the Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) wireless technology. Your vehicle uses this app to receive service alerts when your vehicle is serviced at a Ford dealership, plus you can remotely connect and disconnect your Ford electric vehicle from your vehicle.

To remotely connect your Ford electric vehicle, you’ll need your Ford Account Number and Ford Access Code.

To remotely connect, you’ll first need to go to the Ford app and create an account if you don’t already have one. You can also login by entering your email address.

Once you’re logged in, select the option to remote connect. Choose the vehicles for which you want to remote connect and enter the service appointment information. Your vehicle will then automatically begin to receive alerts. To stop receiving alerts, simply stop the Ford app or remove the vehicle from the remote connect list.

To remote disconnect, simply stop the Ford app.

To see a list of the available options to remote connect and disconnect, you can go to the My App > View Service Options page. You can also access the options to remote connect and disconnect through the Connected Service window in the Ford App.
