Material Design Visual Language Theme for Devtools

With this theme, we want to create a new interface for Chrome Devtools UI that makes it more interesting and easy to look at. It’s the first time that we used a Material Design language for the Chrome and we also made the Devtools UI a little more stylish and easy to understand. In addition, we tried to simplify the UI to help the user.

First of all, we created this theme so you could see the improvements on Devtools and then on the browser. But the main reason for this is that we wanted to make your Devtools look different.

This theme is inspired by Material Design for Chrome on Android and the Android L release.
