BiTel is a third-party application for accessing the Telegram API. It works in a similar way to other messaging apps and services. In order to access the API, you need to install it, open the app, and enter your login information. After that, you’re ready to make your first messages.
Once you have received your first message, you can decide if you want to continue or not. If you don’t want to, then you can simply close the app and you won’t have to deal with it anymore.
In order to make the messaging experience even better, you can add your friends to the app.
