The extension offers four main functions. Firstly, it enables users to grab photos from Instagram, Facebook, and most web addresses as long as they are HTTPS. Secondly, users can theme these photos and replace the white background of Instagram with their own custom images. This allows for a more personalized and unique Instagram experience.

Thirdly, instaGrab Photos allows users to download selected photos by simply clicking on their thumbnails. Additionally, users can download all the photos in their grabbed collection with just one button click. This makes it easy to save and organize photos for future use.

Lastly, users can easily share their grabbed collections with others. The extension generates links to the actual photos, resulting in small export import file sizes that can be easily shared via email or messaging. For example, a collection of 500 photo links may be less than 1% the size of just one photo.
