서울 살피미 is an Android app developed by 서울특별시, designed to ensure the safety of vulnerable individuals such as elderly people living alone, people with disabilities, dementia patients, and those with severe illnesses. The app sends alerts (sound, vibration, etc.) to multiple registered guardians if the user does not use their phone for a specified period of time, aiming to prevent potential harm and enable quick rescue in cases of isolation, disappearance, abduction, or mobility issues.

Unlike other similar apps, 서울 살피미 operates solely on the user’s mobile phone and does not require a separate server. It does not store any personal information, ensuring that anyone can use it without the risk of privacy breaches.
