Урок Слов is an Android application that serves as a companion to the English-Russian Dictionary. It allows users to create flashcards directly from the dictionary and learn and review new words through exercises. The app offers a convenient way to save flashcards from the dictionary by swiping them to the right and pressing “Save cards here.”

All words are divided into four levels: Dictionary -> Group -> Subgroup -> “Important words.” This feature allows users to group words by context, making them easier to remember. The app offers different sets of exercises depending on the level of familiarity with each word.

The learning process comprises four levels: getting acquainted with the word and coming up with examples, understanding the oral and written form of the foreign word, translating it into Russian, and training and consolidating the skill of quick translation from Russian to the foreign language and vice versa. The app offers different exercises such as “Find pairs,” “Choose a translation,” “Remember a word,” and “Enter a word.”
