A wellness app that cares
Yours App is a free health and fitness mobile app that enables you to relax and alleviate daily stress with the help of several easy activities. This lifestyle app is a wellness aid that offers various content regarding mental health and overall well-being.
With over 300 activities available, Yours App—or simply “Yours”—allows you to curate its content and create your very own self-care routine. Its range of topics is wide and catered to different types of people so there’s always something for everyone. This app has a free 7-day trial and both monthly and yearly subscription plans for the premium version.
Various self-care tools at your disposal
As an all-in-one wellness kit, Yours App features five main goals to start you off with personalizing your self-care routine: resting and relaxing, falling asleep faster, learning yoga, relieving stress, and becoming more efficient. You can choose either one or all of these so the app will focus on providing more content that falls under them. However, these can only be selected when you try out the premium version.
It will also ask questions like your preferred length of time for the activities, your sleeping habits, whether you want music or not, and such. This helps you further customize the content available to your dashboard. There are four main sections—Sleep, Meditation, Body, and Music—and there’s a myriad of features available under them—from ambient sounds to breathing clocks. There are even videos given by health experts and celebrities.
The application is free to download and will already have playable content. To access all locked items—including the personalized list you created—you must start the free trial. However, the premium version’s fee will be automatically charged after seven days are up. It won’t just simply lock all content again. You must cancel it via Google Play beforehand if you weren’t planning to pay just yet.
Highly user-friendly
All in all, Yours App is a great health and fitness companion to have around if looking for an app that has it all. While the way the free trial and the premium version work can be a bit of a hassle to those only testing the waters, the type of content it gives to users is still quite helpful. Plus, it makes the additional features all the more inviting to try out.
