Picture Animator and Gif Converter App for Android

XEFX – D3D Camera is an awesome photo animator that is easy to use and works on all Android devices. You can add different effects and filters, create animated GIFs, and make realistic live wallpapers from your photos. All of these are really easy to do, and the result is very impressive.

When you first launch the app, you will be guided through the installation process. If you want to start using the app right away, then select “Use XEFX in the background”. The app will start automatically when you come back.

Once you have started the app, you will be guided to create an account on the front screen.
