Workout Alerts is an activity tracker that can be used as an exercise reminder for daily fitness routines, workout programs, or even for personal fitness goals.
There are two ways to use the app:
. If you want to track your fitness progress, you can set up a fitness goal and set the reminders to help you stay on track. You can choose from different exercises that you can do, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling, or even dancing. You can set the time for the reminders and they will appear on your phone or tablet screen.
2. If you want to keep your muscles warm up all day, you can choose from different exercises that you can do, such as push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, abs exercises, chest presses, triceps presses, bicep presses, and so on.
