Add magical art to Minecraft
The Witchery Mod for Minecraft is a content mod that adds a magical element to your usual gaming. Through this game utility software, you will be able to dabble into the magical art and control the natural world presented in the world—or sometimes in other dimensions. It allows you to do various witchcraft-related activities, including performing rituals, brewing special potions, collecting fumes, and controlling the magic around you. This Minecraft mod is based on the traditional Wiccan paganistic magic. Thus, there will be no flashy spells, wand-waving, incantations, and anything else similar to that fantastical style of magic in this mod.
Something wicked this way comes
On its own, Minecraft is pretty magical. Its vast explorable world, various items to collect, and even creepers and mobs that you need to fend off are already out of this world. But, with the help of the app’s support for modding, you can make it more magical. Witchery adds a dash of hocus-pocus to your Minecraft game. And while it does not involve Harry Potter-esque magic, it can still be amazing. Instead of magic wands and flaming swords, what you’ll get from the mod is a well-tended witch’s garden, which will provide you with a lot of helpful ingredients to work your magic.
The mod provides several branches of witchcraft that you can try your hand at. It even lets the player dabble in dark magic, such as summoning creatures. It also allows for voodoo in the form of poppets, and dream-weaving to perform magic. In addition, Witchery brings new dimensions to the game, namely the Spirit World and the Torment dimension—both of which are on the darker side and aim to haunt the player throughout their adventures.
Witchery completely overhauls the vanilla Minecraft villages and greatly expands the structure of them to allow other otherworldly concepts, such as vampirism and lycanthropy. The software is a Forge-based mod, requiring players to have the Minecraft Forge app before installation.
