WinSCP SFTP, FTP, WebDAV, SCP and S3 client
In this article I’d like to show you how to use WinSCP as a FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, SCP and S3 client with free software. All that with no installations necessary, the app also supports Microsoft Windows, DOS and Linux. WinSCP is a cross-platform SFTP, FTP, SCP and S3 client. The Windows SFTP, FTP and WebDAV features are already included, whereas the other client features (Linux, DOS and OSX) are coming soon. Windows users can access WinSCP directly from the Windows start menu. The app is also available as a downloadable download. You can find WinSCP at http://winscp.net. I’d like to start the article with showing you how to use WinSCP as a secure FTP, SFTP, SCP and WebDAV client with free software. With WinSCP, you can log in directly from the Windows start menu. The interface is organized in three panes, where the top left pane shows a list of connections, the top right pane shows the remote location, and the bottom pane is used to copy files.
