Free video-sharing app
VMate Status is a social application developed by the Vmate App Team. It is a free video-sharing platform that works similarly to the popular app TikTok. In this app, you can watch millions of videos published by other users and share them with your family and friends. What’s more, you can download these clips to your device to watch them offline.
However, unlike other similar social media platforms, you cannot create or publish videos directly with VMate Status. To do so, you need to use VMate, which basically offers a very similar user experience but with added functions.
What VMate Status offers
VMate Status provides a platform where you can view various short video clips published by other users. Here, you can find many amazing videos, from comedy and entertainment gossips to song videos, love quotes, and more. You can even watch clips from Bollywood hot star movies and Whatsapp videos. Even better, you can follow other users to see their published videos easily.
More than viewing clips, the app also allows you to share them on your profile page. With this, other users who follow you can see them too. You can even share them as Whatsapp Status. Moreover, VMate Status comes with a video downloader, enabling you to download and save videos for free. Downloading is as easy as tapping the download icon at the bottom of the screen.
However, while it allows sharing and saving clips, the app does not allow users to create and publish their own videos. For you to do that, you will need to download the VMate app. The catch is: VMate has all the features that VMate Status offers with the addition of the video maker and other nifty functions. VMate is four times more resource-heavy than this app.
Should you download it?
Overall, VMate Status is a fun app to have if you like streaming short video clips. Here, you have access to millions of clips shared by other users. It even allows you to download them to your device’s storage. However, while you can share videos published by others, you cannot create your own. You will need VMate, which provides the same function. With this, installing this app seemed pretty useless.
