It offers a convenient way for insured customers to submit their medical bills and receipts digitally and for free. Additionally, users can access the electronic health record which includes features such as medication plans and digital vaccination records.

With this app, users can manage and archive their bills, access personal documents anytime and anywhere, find doctors using the health partner search, create individual medication plans, and read extensive information in the digital health magazine.

Security and privacy are a top priority for VKB – Meine Gesundheit. The app meets all legal requirements for data protection and security. Users must complete a few necessary steps to register, including providing personal information, choosing a TAN procedure, setting up a super-PIN to prevent data loss, and logging in with a username, password, and TAN.
