How do I register?
When you open the app for the first time, you will be required to enter your mobile number, your name and the bank account or card you wish to manage. After that, you can use the app as normal.
How do I access it?
To access the app, open it on your phone and sign in using your bank username and password. You will be guided through the registration process, which involves entering your name and mobile number, and completing the security process.
Once you’ve registered, you can log in using your fingerprint, face or secure passcode. You will be guided through the sign-in process, which requires you to enter the PIN code that you registered with.
If you have been sent a message, you will need to accept it to continue.
