This mod sets the potion cooldown for both Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age: Awakening to be 5 seconds, which is much more reasonable.

It also includes a 5-second cooldown for all other potions, which is much more reasonable, and a 20-second cooldown for Dragon Age: Awakening, which is the usual amount of time it takes for a potion to go from the bottom of the pool to the top.
