Addictive route-making puzzle game

Trainyard Express is an addictive puzzle game where you have to find a way to guide trains from station to station, using your finger to draw out your route.

Each level of Trainyard Express begins with start and end points placed on a grid. At the start it’s really easy, asking you just to draw a line between two points. That would be pretty boring, but complications are introduced on every level, making it much more taxing.

As well as drawing a route, to complete a level you have to let a train travel along your tracks. This also complicates matters later on, when you have to time points changes to make sure the right color train gets to the right station.

Trainyard Express is graphically minimalistic, but it keeps things easy to see, which is important on the smaller iOS screens. With excellent in-game instruction, and a very personal feel to the game, Trainyard Express is a great brainteaser of a game that might invade your thoughts when you’re not playing!

Trainyard Express is an excellent puzzle game with a unique style, a great learning curve and a really relaxed pace.
