What is the Training Today app and how does it work?
If you have an Apple Watch, you can use the Training Today app to track your heart rate (HRV), breathing rate (BPM), and much more. This includes not only data from the Apple Watch, but also any information you provide to the app.
The app will also keep you up-to-date with notifications on your watch that will let you know if it’s time to rest, time to perform moderate exercise, or if you need to do more exercise. It can also let you know the amount of exercise you’re getting each day. It will also keep you in touch with your coach or a health professional if you ever feel like you’re not making a progress.
