A new way to take old-fashioned photos

TinType is inspired by the photographic process of the same name, and renders your photos in the style of cameras from the early 20th century.

Once you’ve taken or uploaded a photo, the effects are automatically applied and you can adjust extra filters – eye intensity, field depth, etc. There’s a lot of lag when applying filters and, when using the front-facing camera, the effects made my photos look like something out of a horror film (on an iPhone 5C).

Overall, the results are variable.
