Each character has a list of tasks that they can perform that take varying amounts of time. Tasks that take longer will yield more money and experience points. Collect money to purchase houses, decorations, and other items in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. There are also donuts that you use to speed up tasks and construction.
The Simpsons: Tapped Out does a good job of balancing freedom with side quests. You can completely ignore the tasks and do your own thing or complete tasks for bigger rewards. This gives the gameplay some direction without forcing players down a linear path. It’s also nice to see that EA doesn’t push micro-transactions on users in The Simpsons: Tapped Out.
The Simpsons: Tapped Out is a fun time waster but its gameplay may become repetitive.
