Take Notes – Journal of the Dragonborn Review
Take Notes – Journal of the Dragonborn is a small but effective mod that adds a player journal to the game. I really like this mod as it does not change the vanilla skim experience too much, but at the same time it adds a little bit of immersion into the game. It also adds a lot of features, such as new recipes, better armor, more quests, more dialogue, etc. It also allows you to customize your character with new head customization options, face painting, tattoos, scars, glasses, etc. created byath3nos.
This mod actually took quite some time to make, as ath3nos spent almost four years working on it, before it was finally released. Although it is a very good mod, it does have a few downsides, such as not being able to uninstall it once you uninstall skyrim. Another downside is that you can only add notes to your journal while on a faction, such as the Stormclans. There are other game mods out there that allow you to customize your journal with other things besides journal entries, but this is the only one I could find that allows me to customize my entire game experience.
Take Notes – Journal of the Dragonborn is a great mod for anyone who has played the game and wants a more in-depth experience. It is a very good game mod for anyone who enjoys skyrim. The fact that it is created byath3nos himself pretty much seals the deal on it being an excellent game mod. Although it does have a couple of downfalls, I recommend giving it a shot if you haven’t already and seeing how it works. If you are a skyrim fan, I would really highly recommend giving it a try.
