Have a new desktop background anytime
Are you tired of those bright green Windows meadows but can’t be bothered to look for new wallpapers online? Use your own photos instead!
With Swap you can easily use images from one of your own photo folders as wallpapers, without having to be constantly looking for desktop wallpapers on the Web. Simply select the folder or files you’d like to have as desktop background, and let Swap take care of the rest.
You can schedule the program to change the wallpaper according to a certain time interval (ranging from a few minutes to several days) or after a certain number of system logins. Swap can also be triggered with a custom hotkey. The program includes some basic tools to tweak the image’s quality, convert it from BMP to JPG and vice versa, and turn it into grayscale.
In all, Swap works fine as wallpaper changer and has some nice features, such as the ability to create wallpaper lists and save them for later use. On the downside, it lacks some important features, like the possibility to customize wallpaper style (centered, stretched or tiled) for each separate image.
With Swap you can easily renew your desktop wallpaper according to a customized time interval.
