The gameplay of the new game, SpellForce 3: Fallen God, is similar to its previous versions. Your army of trolls is now facing a new challenge: to find a place to live in the world of the lost. The story is set in the distant lands of the lost world, where your tribe has settled for a long time. The problem is that the world of the lost has a strong and evil force that wants to destroy your tribe.

In the game, the player can choose from four different RTS (Real-Time Strategy) factions. Humans, Elves, Orcs, and Trolls.
