Built for translation – not for speed

Slated is a good concept – a keyboard that automatically translates what you are typing into another language – but it needs usability improvements.

The translations (which only work well from English into another language) seem accurate, but the keyboard is very basic and there is no predictive text mode so you have to type very accurately.

If you only want a keyboard that translates your text then Slated is a good option, but it slows down your typing so it’s not ideal for everyday use.
