Interval Training App – SIT Watch
It’s an interval training app for you, for your workouts. Simply, it has two functions:
SIT – an interval timer for your workout sessions and workouts.
SIT Watch – it lets you see your heartbeat during your workout sessions, to see your fitness progress.
You don’t need to do any setup or configuration. Simply, choose the time interval you want and the length of your workout session, then you are done!
You can adjust number of sets, action and break duration to your needs and you are ready to go!
If you have never used an interval timer, don’t worry, it’s very simple and easy to use. Simply, select from the main menu the interval you want to use for your workout session, select the action (in case of running, cycling, or other modes) and you are done!
You can select one mode or multiple modes to run in (if you want to have different workouts per day). For instance, if you want to do a short, fast running session today, you will have to set the interval to be 3 minutes, set the action to be sprinting and the break duration to be 3 minutes.
