With ServiceChannel, you can search work orders by tracking number, work order number, purchase order number, or location keyword. You can also reassign work orders and filter them by status, trade, category, and priority.

The app allows you to edit work order details such as status, priority, schedule date, trade, provider, NTE, purchase order number, description, and category. You can also add/review WO notes and attachments for notes and WOs.
