VATS – How To Improve Your Marksmanship With Scoped Bows
Scoped Bows are one of the most popular bows to have been added to the Nexus since the inception of the game. Scoped Bows are popular because they are effective, are great for backup, and can reach extremely high targets. Scoped Bows have some pretty serious downsides, however, and the low damage they do leaves many players feeling like they are not very useful. That’s why I believe there should be an update to add scoped bows to the Nexus with this new VATS weapon pack; which is exactly what I am about to show you in this Outlaw 666 Scoped Bow guide!
Scoped Bows are excellent bows for experienced or beginning hunters, due to their extreme damage, the long range, and high knock-back capabilities. The problem is that they are often not very effective or efficient at ranges where you don’t have much to cover. Because of this, the majority of people playing skim rely on Bows for their offense instead of crossbows or other more portable long ranged weapons. With this said, the new VATS mod for skim needs to add scoped bows to the game in order to allow players the ability to use these types of bows effectively at various ranges and in varying situations.
So why would you want to use a bow sight mod for a mod such as this one? Well, first of all it adds scoped variants of all bows to the game so that the user can get the most out of their bow, especially when playing on higher difficulties because they have less cover and therefore will have to work a little harder to kill their prey. The VATS mod also adds a feature that allows you to aim your bow with only your crosshair, which makes aiming much more precise and useful in tight situations. The final great feature of this mod is the fact that it adds in an effective VATS system that shows you where your arrow is pointing at all times and helps you conserve arrows by showing how many arrows are left over after each shot. This way, you don’t waste time reloading your bow when you’ve already killed your target.
