Open-world fantasy RPG for mobile

Sands of Salzaar is a premium adventure game for mobile devices by developer X.D. Network. It’s a third-person action RPG set in a fantasy world. In it, players will slowly amass an army to take on other factions in massive battles for ultimate control over an exotic land.

Similar to games like Genshin Impact or Tower of Fantasy, Sands of Salzaar boasts a large open world that lets players explore the land, encounter enemies and meet new characters throughout their long journey. The game’s real-time combat also makes for an immersive and engaging experience that complements it.

Exotic land for the taking

Sands of Salzaar takes place in an exotic fantasy desert world ruled by the Old Empire but has since fallen into ruin. Now that that land is without a ruler, the remaining tribes have come out and are battling one another vying for control of the land. You are part of this conflict, and it is up to you to build your faction from nothing and seize this grand opportunity.

There are multiple character classes available in Sand of Salzaar, including the Errant-Knight, Berserker, and more, all with unique skills and abilities. Choose one that fits your playstyle and pick a faction to join. Make a name for yourself and rise up the ranks to gain more authority and control. Create teams with a combination of units to deal with all types of enemies as needed.

What’s more, you will loot various items and materials along the way that you can equip your characters and upgrade your base with. As you progress and meet more people, you will slowly unravel a dark and evil plot that has been happening behind the scenes. Unfortunately, the whole experience is hindered by constant game crashes that prevent you from progressing and playing properly.

Gain the power to rule

To conclude, Sands of Salzaar has plenty of good things going for it, from its intriguing narrative to its engaging combat, and strategic battles, there’s a lot to like about it. Unfortunately, it’s also plagued with frequent crashes, which considering its premium asking price, needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Until then, it’s difficult to recommend in its current state.
