The main thing that this mod does is turning the garage into an interior cell. It means that it’s behind a load door and unaffected by weather.

So you can leave your armor at home, and it will be safe and sound.

Also, this mod is full of items related to the game, so it’s more like an end-game house, but you can get it any time, really.

Known issues:

When using the character editor, mirror, and using a gun, you have to fix the camera first.
