Unveil hidden passwords in applications and websites
Revelation can be a real lifesaver in many situations where you desperately need that password you just can’t remember anymore. This simple tool enables you to recover those forgotten passwords, usually hidden behind a row of asterisks, in a very simple way.
All you have to do is drag the program’s special cursor over the text field and you’ll immediately see whatever is written there on Revelation’s interface.
There’s even a convenient button to copy it directly to the Clipboard.
Revelation worked fine with Internet Explorer and Outlook Express during our tests, but sadly it didn’t pass the exam with Firefox.
Windows is great at remembering many of your passwords. Unfortunately, this is also a problem – since you seldom enter the passsword it tends to be forgotten.
What do you do when you need to know one of the saved passwords? The password is staring right at you, but is hiding behind a row of asterisks.
