What is Raken?

Raken is a simple, powerful and easy-to-use field service & construction app for the daily task of creating reports, managing tasks and hours, and capturing photos and videos of work-in-progress. In addition to creating daily reports and logs, Raken’s app allows you to schedule, track and organize your field staff’s hours, track your budget and easily manage all of your reports from one place.

How do I use Raken?

Once you’re logged in, you can create a daily report and immediately access the documents you need. You can add photos and videos of field work in progress, and choose to schedule and update your daily reports or your field staff’s hours. 

You can add and split worker and crew hours, manage cost codes, and create a custom daily segment report.

You can add photos, videos, and attachments to your daily report and, at the end of the day, sign and email it right from your phone or tablet!
