Managing your energy account just got a whole lot easier with the customer mobile app! Customers can view and pay their bills, report outages, check outage status, manage their accounts, view billing history, and much more – all with just a few taps on their mobile devices.

One of the standout features of the app is the “Remember me” option, which makes logging in a breeze. Users can also view their real-time account balance, payment due date, and balance details, as well as view and download their bills as a PDF. Paying bills is also made easy, with options to pay immediately for free from a bank account, or make automatic or scheduled payments.

Customers can also compare their energy usage from month to month or year to year, enroll in paperless billing, or add or delete their bank accounts in the app’s settings.
